Bench Press Chart to find your 1 rep max

The Numbers on Top of the chart are the amount of reps you can do. The number on the far left of the bench press chart is the weight you can rep. The Center numbers are the max weights you can bench press. Example: If you can bench press 135lbs for 3 reps then your max is close to 147lbs
